Follow-ups
Because you have met challenges and made progresses following the initial plan. This first follow up is to touch base on what has been actualised so far and what needs adjusting,or progressing, in order to meet your ever-changing needs.
Usually booked 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation.

My aim to empower you with all the tools to continue on your journey to health, and by the end of this follow up, you will have gained enough knowledge to be able to look after your own nutrition and life-style.
​
In addition, use this follow up if If you wish to continue the journey with me, experiment on different diets or detox protocols, or just revise and enhance one more time the plan you are actualising.
​
Follow-up lasts about 1 hour and comprises of 2 questionnaires to fill up before-hand.
