How my approach as a nutritionist has evolved so far 

Since I qualified as a nutritionist, my awareness has expanded into offering a holistic approach that combines education in nutrition and lifestyle, with awareness of the emotional, mental, and personal factors that can influence health.

My work supports people in improving their eating regimes and lifestyles, while also exploring their relationship with food, the impact of stress and emotions, and the deeper patterns that may contribute to imbalance.

At the core of my work is education and client empowerment, supporting individuals in understanding the causes of their imbalances and develop the knowledge and awareness needed to actively support their own wellbeing.

 Nutritional Consultation

Nutritional consultation & tailor-made plan

 A 1 hour and half long consultation based on one or two symptoms/complains, followed by a written personalised plan that includes a new eating regime, education on nutritional choices, lifestyle plan and a supplement protocol (if needed).

This consultation requires compiling a questionnaire and a 3-day food diary beforehand.

Follow ups & plan changes

To be booked usually 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation, to to touch base on what has been actualised so far and what needs adjusting, in order to meet your ever-changing needs.

Also book If you wish to continue the journey with me, experiment on different diets or detox protocols, or just revise and enhance one more time the plan you are actualising.
