These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and participation in the Reading Food Labels Masterclasses offered by My Quantum Journey, by Pina Dibenedetto.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any Masterclass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not register for or attend any Masterclass.

 

2. Masterclass Description & Delivery

2.1. We provide online educational content designed to help participants learn how to interpret and understand food labels.

2.2. Each Masterclass will be delivered in the format described on the signup page (e.g., video modules, downloadable materials, exercises).

2.3. We reserve the right to modify the Masterclass structure, schedules, and content at any time for operational or legal reasons.

 

3. Fees & Payment

3.1. All fees for Masterclasses are posted on the registration page and are payable in full before access is granted.

3.2. If payment is not received in full before your scheduled access date, access may be delayed or denied.

3.3. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already processed.

 

4. Refund Policy

4.1. All sales are final unless a different refund policy is clearly stated on the Masterclass sales page.

4.2. No refunds will be offered once the Masterclass access has been granted or the content delivered.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. All content, materials, videos, handouts, worksheets, and written materials provided in the Masterclasses are owned by Pina Dibenedetto.

5.2. By accessing the Masterclasses, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view and use the Material for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

5.3. You agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, screen-record, sell, publish, or otherwise make the Material available to any third party without our written consent.

 

6. No Guarantees or Outcomes

6.1. Masterclasses are educational in nature and results will vary by individual.

6.2. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, health results, or benefits from participation.

6.3. All participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on the information provided.

 

7. Participant Conduct

7.1. You agree to behave respectfully in group discussions, and in any communication related to the Masterclasses.

7.2. We reserve the right to revoke access or remove participants who misuse content or violate conduct expectations.

 

8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

8.1. The Masterclasses and all Material are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

8.2. I, Pina Dibenedetto, am not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation or inability to participate.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

I, Pina Dibenedetto, may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date, and your continued use of the Masterclasses means you accept those changes.
