Is this program self-led?
Yes. All content is designed to be completed independently, in your own time, and at your own pace.
Is there a time limit to complete the program?
No. There is no time limit. You can move through the modules whenever it suits you.
Is LighterYOU available for life?
Yes. Once enrolled, you will always have access to the program content.
Do I need to start with the Foundation program?
Foundation is recommended for most people, especially if you’re new to structured nutrition or mindset work.
However, you’re free to choose the option that feels right for you.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can move from Foundation to Intermediate at any time.
Do I get a discount if I buy both programs together?
Yes. We offer a bundle price when you purchase both programs at the same time.

Do I have to do every part of the program?
LighterYOU offers a holistic framework, but how you engage with it is your choice.

Can I follow just the nutrition part?
You can focus on the areas that feel most relevant to you. However, LighterYOU is designed to work holistically — addressing physical, mental, and emotional aspects together. This integrated approach is what helps shift long-standing patterns around food and supports sustainable progress over time.
Is support included?
Yes. While the programs are intentionally hands-off, you can ask questions and stay supported through our private Facebook group or via email.
How long can I stay in the private Facebook group?
As long as you choose. The group is ongoing, and you’re welcome to remain connected for continued support and community.
What if my goals change along the way?
That’s completely normal and expected. We encourage realistic, flexible goal-setting that reflects your lifestyle, capacity, and personal pace. As your understanding deepens, your goals may naturally evolve. The program is designed to support that process.
